At GENAIPULSE, we are committed to ensuring a seamless user experience with our platform and services. This refund policy must be read as part and parcel of the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and any other terms and conditions that are available on our website genaipulse.tech. Once a licence is purchased for subscribing to our platform and services, we generally do not issue any refunds either in full or on pro-rated basis, however the user does have the option to cancel the subscription in which case the licence fee shall not be billed unless the subscription is reactivated or a new subscription is purchased. The user shall continue to enjoy full benefits of our platform and services as per the chosen membership plan until the end of the current subscription period. We may however issue refunds only in certain extenuating circumstances such as platform malfunction.
Refund requests
Refund requests made under extenuating circumstances should be sent by the user in writing over an email to support@genaipulse.tech clearly mentioning “Refund Request” in the subject line. Users shall provide their full name, contact details, subscription details and clearly specify the issues encountered with our platform or services which resulted in user dissatisfaction, in the aforementioned email. Any refund request sent by the user shall be looked into by our team and an incomplete refund request shall not be considered, and the user hereby agrees to not hold the company liable for any damages, injury or loss caused thereof. In case a refund request is deemed to be valid by the company, the refund shall be processed back to the original method of payment within 30 business days from the date of approval of such refund request. User’s access to our platform and services shall be terminated immediately upon approval of any refund request.
Exclusions
No refunds shall be issued in cases where the user has violated our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy or any other terms and conditions or where the user has utilized our platform and services for a “substantial” period of time. It is at the sole discretion of the company to determine what constitutes a “substantial” period of time.
Membership plan upgrade and downgrade
In case the user submits a request for membership plan upgrade the amount paid towards current membership plan subscription shall be adjusted towards the upgrade on prorated basis based on the number of days remaining in the current subscription. Membership plan downgrade requests shall only be considered at the end of current subscription and no downgrades are possible on any existing subscription.
Changes in membership plan pricing
Any increase in the cost of membership plan shall come into effect upon subscription renewal for the existing users and shall be effective immediately for new users registered after such increase. In the event of the reduction in plan pricing, the difference in pricing will either be refunded or adjusted towards the next subscription renewal.
Changes in refund policy
The company at its sole discretion may modify, amend or change this refund policy at any time without giving you any prior notice and such changes shall come into effect immediately after the revised policy is published on our website. Users are encouraged to visit our website from time to time to check for any updates to the refund policy.
