• To provide and maintain our services:- When you register and create an account on our website, we request for your name, birthdate, email address, mobile number, mailing address and country. You are also requested to choose a unique username and password of your choice, which is used for providing you access to your account. You name and email address will also be used to enhance and personalise our services and marketing efforts, and to communicate with you regarding our services, events and also to notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy.

• We request for credit card, debit card, bank account or other such payment information only in case of services requiring payment, and such information is used for processing your payments only. We do not store any of your financial information expect for the last 4 digits of your credit card, the expiry date, and name and the address of the card holder. The reputed Payment Gateway Service Provider that we have partnered with for processing your payments may store your financial information in an encrypted form on their secure servers and they are beholden to treating your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
• We record your internet protocol (IP) address, browser, device information, device operating system, and language and this information is used to analyze the trends, administer our services, track visitor’s movements and to improve user experience with our website and services. We may link this data along with other information provided by you. Additionally, third party services such as Google Analytics may be used by us who will collect, monitor and analyze this data.

We may process your personal information if required in compliance with any laws such as the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Data Protection Act, 2023 or otherwise. Access to the platform of GENAIPULSE is restricted to the web administrator(s) and otherwise the access is restricted by the industry standard authentication, encryption and identification practices. We currently use PayU (https://payu.in/privacy-policy/) and Razorpay (https://razorpay.com/sg/privacy-policy/) as our Payment Gateway service Providers and more details about their privacy policy are available on their respective websites.

We may also be required to share your personal information for legitimate purposes such as when it is requested by a court of law or any other law enforcement or government agency. Additionally, we may also disclose your personal information and details of your user account held with us to law enforcement agencies at our sole discretion, if it is deemed to be necessary for protecting the safety and interests of our users, employees or the general public. We may share your personal information with employees and third-party service providers, for processing the same on our behalf and we will take strict assurance from these parties to comply with this Privacy Policy. Personal information from multiple users may be combined and presented at an aggregate level for advertising with third-party marketing and advertising companies, or when we seek funds or investment for GENAIPULSE, or in case of a merger or acquisition. We do not sell personal information to any third parties. We shall obtain your prior consent before we share any personal information or data with any person outside GENAIPULSE for any purpose(s) other than providing services to you. In case of any acquisition, merger or sale of GENAIPULSE’s business or assets whether whole or in part, you shall be notified over an email, or through publication of a notice on our website in regards to the change in ownership or any changes in this Privacy policy.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, username, password, transactional data and other data stored in your account from unauthorized access, use, alteration, modification, disclosure and destruction. We adopt commercially acceptable means to protect your information, including but not limited to industry standard data collection, storage and processing. We restrict access to information such as your name and email address to such employees who are engaged in providing our services to you and who are bound by strict confidentiality obligations.

We may decline requests wherein we are not able to establish your identity or where it would not be practical to service your request. In any case, all transaction related emails shall always be sent to you. You may request for your Personal Information to be deleted by sending an email to support@genaipulse.tech with “Data Deletion Request” mentioned in the subject line. Please note that it might take some time before the residual copies of your information are deleted from our server(s) and such information may remain in our backup systems. We respond to all requests/enquiries within a period of 30 days. We may also use your personal information for marketing purposes and you may also at any time ask us to stop processing your personal information for marketing purposes by sending an email to us. However, please note that we may not be able to deliver to you certain services and experiences, if you choose to not allow us to collect your personal information. Further, some of our services may not be able to take into account your interests or preferences with respect to your personal information.

9. Data retention and deletion

We retain your personal information for legitimate reasons as specified in this Privacy Policy as well as for meeting any legal and tax obligations. We may retain some of your personal information and data even after the deletion of your account in order to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our rights, for our legitimate business interests such as detecting and preventing fraud, enhancing safety, tax and auditing obligations, and reasons of public interests. We maintain copies of your personal information to prevent destruction of the same due to some accident, hence such copies may not be removed from our backup systems for some time. While you are a subscriber to our services, you may request to withdraw your consent from processing your personal information by sending an email to support@genaipulse.tech. We shall ask you to verify your identity, post which your request will be reviewed, and if possible we will withdraw the consent as per your request and stop processing of your personal information. Please note that this may also lead to the cancellation of your subscription.

We may need to provide access to your account including your personal information to our employees and also to our service providers for investigating any potential illegal activity or violation of the terms and conditions for use of our services. Any such access would be in compliance with this Privacy policy and subject to appropriate security measures.

We may at our sole discretion modify this Privacy Policy from time to time and communicate the changes to you by publishing a notice on our website or over an email. In case there are any significant changes to the privacy policy that may in any way affect any of your rights then same shall be communicated to you 30 calendar days in advance over an email. You may also choose to terminate your services with us within 30 calendar days of being notified about such significant changes in this Privacy Policy that substantially affect your rights in regards to the use of our services. If you continue to use our services after 30 calendar days from the receipt of notice to changes in this Privacy Policy, it shall be deemed as your acceptance to the changes made thereof.
